The day after our usual monthly automatic debit for Xbox live, three charges totalling $219.97 were charged on my card through same account. Had to cancel debit card, &all MS accounts frozen for 10 days till resolved. My first thought was Inside Job, due to timing & same problems in2007 by employees. Hope we get it back; do not like having to tie bank card to Live account. Can't MS robo-call to verify non-automatic purchases?? Would save a lot of problems. read full review »
