I do alot of business with P.C. Richards and Sons. Well I purchased a plasma t.v. and the screen went blank on me. I called the store who in turn told me to call the service department. Well when I called the service department they told me that my warranty expired 3 month's ago... how ironic. Nakia who is the customer service rep. told me it didnt matter how much business I did with them the warranty was up so i would have to pay.
