When the inmate that calls me i can not hear nothing he says to me and it happens every time he calls me...Today i put $25.00 by the time i got to talk to him it was down to $14.00...I do not know why it went down so fast but not being able to hear what he has to say is bull...Your company needs to fix it today...I am reporting this to the Federal Buisness Bureau...It is ripping off the inmates family when they can not even hear what they are saying...
