This is a warning about Straight Talk's customer (or lack of) service. I have to say, that their customer service department is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered. It is basically a call center with the person accepting the call, no more than a computer screen reader. I will relay to you the events as they happened to me. I ordered my phones over the week-end online (WalMart was out of the model I wanted). On Monday, the almost $300 was taken out of my account. On Tuesday, I got an email of shipping confirmation.
