I bought a package from Freedom Financial and 2 weeks after I bought from them I had not received my information. They told me I had 30 days to cancel and would get a full refund. . over and over they told me a full refund would be given if I wanted to cancel during that 30 day period, with no questions asked. On day 15, I started calling and asking for a refund. I called more than 18 (eighteen) times over the next 3 days. On day 20, I sent them a certified mail asking for my refund in writing.
