I live in a basement apartment. My landlords live upstairs and supply cable tv for the whole house. When I explained to Adelphia that I wanted cable internet connection they said it was no problem to send out two separate bills. Mine consisting of 29.95 for internet only. I got the bill yesterday and it was almost $50 and cable tv charges were on it, so was my name and my landlords name. They never separated the bill.
