I have had two meatball-related incidents at Filippi's (the Mira Mesa branch in San Diego): * In a to-go order, they neglected to include my meatball. Then, they refused to credit me the meatball cost ($1.95). The guy said he'd do it, then lost the paperwork or never did it. When I came in later to get a credit, they looked in their box of credits owed, and since it wasn't there, I was out of luck.
