I pulled up 'Cricket Broadband complaints' in the keyword box to see if others were having a problem with it. I had bought a computer just less than three months ago and I have taken it to the Geek Squad twice because my computer was running very slow, or just freezing. I had been told both times that there is nothing wrong with my computer. So then I started thinking...is it the broadband?? I addressed that question to the agent and was told yes.
