I wanna make a complant about qtbill.comwe started receiving phone calls and treating from them., they got my infor also.said it was for a colloct call.my company dont allow collect calls, and a charge i didnt know hoe much or havent seen invoice on it .they say they sent me orange envolope.i never got one from them, now they are calling not a live person from ab out 8 different states.back to back 24/7 a day seven days a week. read full review »
