service provided by airtel while rectifying defects in landline and broadband of late has been poor to say the least.my home telephone has been out of order for over 48 hours now..to some extent that may be acceptable, however what is certainly not acceptable is shoddy response. i had loged my complaint on 26 mar forenoon and was given service request no 44560904 and informed that my request would be resolved by 26 mar 2011 by19:01:50 hrs.surprise surprise while no engineer visited the premises... on calling up 198 on 27 mar 2011 iwas informed... read full review »
