When asked to repair cushion and skirt around sofa, I was told they do not cover the quality of the furniture; only soils and stains. This was not what I was told when I bought the warranty. I was told that if anything happened to it they would repair or replace the sofa. So if the furniture falls apart, it's not covered. What a load of CRAP! The sofa was purchased at Ashely Furniture. Why are they selling this warranty? I'm sure they've had complaints about it before. I wonder if the furniture company gets a cut of the warranty costs? Probably so. read full review »
