I am an African-American female that has been a regular customer of the Great Clips store in Florence SC for at least the past 6 years, if not longer. Not only do I purchase hair cuts from the salon, but I regularly purchase product and promotional gift cards as well. Typically the service I receive from Great Clips is to have the stylist "shape" or "taper" the back of my neck and nape area.
