Over the past 6 months Hostreflex.com has been charging our account for services that we cancelled in May of 2004. Prior to that, Hostreflex.com had charged our account for services not rendered including an SSL that they lost during one of the many system crashes. We have begun the process of filing complaints, charges and a small claims file with New Jersey and California. They have repeatedly told us that they will stop charging us but cannot refund money.
