Terrible Experience - These guys are thugs, once they got your money, they don't care and they'll do whatever they want. Check the Better Business Bureau website, they have about 400 unresolved complaint and the worst possible rating "F", the absolute lowest. BEWARE, it may be a sour experience read full review »

Got flowers for my wife's birthday, they didn't deliver them. When I called they said they will deliver them the next day (what?) or otherwise I have to pay a cancellation fee. So beware, for them the delivery date is a suggestion, but they'll deliver when it is convenient. read full review »
