Then, after showing the paper copy, I had to call the RI store to have them contact the CT store to verify the warranty's "Authenticity". It took 5-weeks for them to return the projector, which required a simple procedure involving the pressing of three buttons, which they would not disclose. Then they lost the power cord and had to contact another store to get a spare power cord.
