I ordered a battery for a cell phone. After ordering I decided to get a new cell phone so returned the battery from Partstore when it arrived. I included in the return - the invoice, the battery and a letter from me stating that I no longer needed the battery. I also emailed the company. I received an email asking me to call return dept. I did so and was told I needed a return number. I got the number and emailed it to the Partstore. Apparently the are so inept that they could not match up the returned battery with the return number even... read full review »
