Representative named Zach misinformed me about purchasing a specific package that I needed. Called to complain but he never returned my call. Purchased another package with a another service rep. Have not been able to utilize service for nearly two weeks while I wait for for an internal domain name transfer. Called several times one rep says 24 hours and I can finally start to receive service and I just finished speaking with a different rep that says an additional week before I can begin.
