Was checking my bill with my verizon provider and going thru all charges. Found out there was a 9.99 charge monthly for wallpaper/ringtones/music from Dada.net? Asked what it was and found out it was added from an online source to our minor sons cell phone. I googled this place and called them. First: the rep was extremely rude! Basically told me it was my fault for letting our son go online. Secondly: he could only refund 8 of the 14 charges, it was on my bill for 14 months!
