Their internet is slow and connection is horrible. I tried to get on xbox live and i waited a whole hour to log on and it never did, the PS3 didn't even attempt to connect at all, and the wireless hot spot is even WORSE, the wifi didn't work at my college or at my job and the device just shuts off even when its charging. And, our phone is through them too and all of a sudden there's no dial tone and i can't make any calls, all my incoming calls are being forwarded to the voicemail.
