My complaint runs first by constant harrassment by collectors 7 days aweek starting at 7:30 in the morning and going till about 9:30 at night. We finally just stopped answering the calls. Both of us(Spouse) and I are disabled. Chase has been very rude and nasty to us. We would make 1 payment and they would call again the next day again from 7:30 on demanding the next payment.
