I have been receiving calls from an agent at Furnmart in the collections department due to late payment of monthly fees for products obtained from Furnmart Botswana Station branch from a Mrs. Moeng, who is decidedly rude and unprofessional in her conduct. It seems as if I signed a contract with the above lady and not with Furnmart the store. She calls to berate and ridicule me and threaten to come and extract said goods herself in person.
