I keep getting calls from this place where they are not speaking very good english and tell me I owe $782.00 on payday loan (I never took out and there is no record when checked with my bank). They keep calling relentlessly and have even harrassed my 13 year old child, saying someone is going to show up at my house and that I am really home etc, and in fact, I was at work! They want to talk to my attorney and when I try and get their information, they will not give me anything in writing or verbally. What a scam!! How do I make them stop?
