Guardian was contacted for a serious bee infestation in 2009. Our first clue to future difficulties was they would not attend to the problem without a one year contract. Since we really needed this problem resolved, we went ahead with the one year contract. They were not very effective but eventually got rid of the bees. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to cancel since March 2010, they did a automatic contract renewal which we told them we did not want even at the beginning. They notify you of a visit 7 days before they want to come out but they claim a 30 day cancellation policy or a $75 charge between the 30 days and a visit. read full review »
