Hello, I enrolled in Kaplan University online for an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. I was approved for PELL GRANT and Loans. For the several years I attended Kaplan, my loans covered my tuition, but Kaplan University never gave me a check for my grant money. I never recieved a dime from them. I had to withdraw from the school due to an illness and when I withdrew, I had a credit on my account. Then I recieved a call saying I owed them $700.00 now they are saying I owe $1700.00.
