Customer service person checking in the rental truck, ran to look at the truck, ran back and stated angrily the gas gauge did not read full, questioned why I didn’t get gas I stated to get it back in time for check in without being charged an additional day I couldn’t. He then stated that it was a 25 dollar fee on top of 5.00 per gallon to fill it. It doesn’t mention the 25 fee in the contract at all.
