I just went online to find out an address to write a complaint as I am a three time looser with this repair outfit. Each time I am scheduled for service, the tech calls says he is going to be an hour late and I am left waiting for 2-3 hours over my time frame for repair..not only that but when I called to complain I was told I live far away. What does that have to do with a company who schedules repairs as if I am the problem?
