My kitchen floor was gouged during installation of the stove when it was dragged into place.Three months later, after 15 phone calls to the myriad of phone numbers given to me, an adjuster has not contacted me. The customer service woman hung up on me once and cut me off in mid information twice.I have been given so many names of different people during these three months that I am now wondering if this is a joke. read full review »
