I purchased 2 pairs of boots on this website using their sizing guidelines. Both pairs came back too small (oddly since i always purchase the same size in uggs). when I sent them back for a bigger size, I had to pay $50 in shipping to ChINA!. They sent me the new boots, but wanted a refund the shipping, since it was not my fault their product was too small. When i received the boots, they seemed ok, until a week later all the buttons fell off one of the boots!!! I called them directly and they hung up repeatedly and finally shut the phone off!... read full review »
