Suttell and Hammer got court order to garnish my account and it was legally protected by law. I was on unemployment and realize there mistake and returned the money that they had taken. But in there neglagence of not checking my status they caused a 100 dollar fee to my bank account. They refuse to send a note to Wells Fargo saying that what they did was in error, so I can't get my money reinstated.
