Not only is this bed a disaster but the company clearly does NOT care about its customers once they relieve them of their money. Everything claimed about this bed is a lie and because I paid over $2, 000 a couple of years ago, I can't afford to replace it. Calling the company just adds to the frustration. They only offer new ways to take my money and double talk explanations. Hands down, the WORST bed I've ever experienced.
