I recently purchased AT&T wireless service for the internet. Stupid Me! I was sold a USB Connect Shockwave Laptop Connect Device for my service that offered a $100.00 rebate. I mailed in my rebate the day I bought the device. That was on 03/04/2011. I made my purchase at the Pittsburgh Mills store #FP23. The sales associate sold me the device and gave me the rebate form.
