Provident’s IS THE WORST! Their escrow department and their customer service department are screwed up so bad. It’s outrageous but, more than that, they have been unresponsive and unprofessional in the way they’ve handled my concerns. My problems began when I realized they were withholding so much extra money and I wanted to have the problem corrected.
