My experience was like everyone else's. Larson simply refuses to honor their warranty. They'll offer you a new door core (without the glass, screen, handle, closer, frame, etc.) and you have to pay the shipping cost of $50! Or you can go buy a new piece-of-crap door and they'll give you $50 off. How is that 50% of the current price, as stated in the warranty? Don't bother asking them.
