Centurylink is a joke of a company. They are having high speed internet issues here in NC for the past two months, and it is just getting worse. We are paying for 10mb per second, and at any given time we are under 1. This is ridiculous, we have gotten a second modem, had a splitter installed, so the modem is running by itself through the phone jack, and NOTHING has changed. NO ONE in their so called support center can answer any question to my satisfaction, and something has to be done. They are a sham of a company. read full review »
