i paid my past due to charter communications and ask for a copy of the receipt to be emailed to me. Later the same day i called asking if the could fax a copy to me bank they said yes. that was on 3/25/11. on 3/28/11 my bank and i have yet to receive any receipt by e mail or fax i have call 3 times to try to get answers and spend 20 plus minutes on hold well they check only to hear we sent it when its not been sent. read full review »
