I joined this site to make a genuine complaint about a company in hopes of helping others avoid problems that I experienced. As I look around, there seem to be several people on here who are just here to be mean. One person commented (on another person's post) that if they did not want comments that were nice, mean or just down right nasty that they should not post here. What?
