I was laid- off my job and submitted the documentation to activte coverage while I am unemployed, I was told I could receive coverage for 18months now they are saying I did'nt submit my documents in a timely manner, I am already in a situation that I have no control over and when it is time to need services for something you pay for they let you down. The sad part about all of this is I am one of those customers that paid my account every two wks and never late so what gives? read full review »
