I ordered proactive for my son to use. He used it the first month, but didn't work.I called to cancel, so that they won't charge my credit card every month. I called 3 times, to my surprise I still recieve their product and they still charge me for thet.I called my credit card, they advised me to return the product.I am so frustrated with them, they tell nothing but lies.They lied about the date of my first call, lied about sending a confirmation letter via email to show order cancellation, This is the worst company I have yet to deal with.
