Has anyone received a letter about new fees charged to an existing fixed rate mortgage? Such as: verification of mortgage $15.00, payoff statement $5.00, payoff demand fee $30.00, and the best one, if you pay off or refinance your loan a fee up to $100 for the preparation of the documents to release your lien will be charged.
