I purchased a gaming system from a seller on Ebay. When I received it, I plugged it in and it did not work. I contacted the seller and he apologized and told me to return it so he could refund my money. He told me that I needed to overnight it though because he would be out of the country for a while. I did as he asked and never heard back from him. I disputed it with Ebay and Paypal and while doing so checked on his account.
