Will Turner of International Settlements claims to be a lender. He is nothing but a broker who collects large upfront fees and does not fund any loans. He's a sophisticated scam artist who knows the lending business. He is a FRAUD and issues LOI's, Commitment Letters and then finds ANY reason not to fund. Stay away from this upfront fee collector.
