I tried to get a moto milestone unlocked from www.unlocking.com. I paid via paypal, which itself had to poll my bank account for the funds ($10 ish), taking 6 business days. In this time I asked them if they were 'able' to generate the code successfully, in order to get some reassurance that when the paypal payment processed I would get the code.
