I bought a Lexmark printer and it was missing a blank ink cartridge. Instead of making the 96-mile round trip to get it, I called Lexmark. Beware of Lexmark. They said it would be shipped to me & I should have it in 3 days. Needless to say, that was 9 days ago. I was on the phone all morning and they said they shipped another one and I should receive it the next day. When I asked how it was shipped they told me UPS.
