I had a Europro Steamer that failed during the warranty period. The manual gave an address in Champlain, NY, and a phone number next to it. I spent hours being put on hold, dropped between extensions, and cut off trying to arrange a repair. I was told after many failed calls to send the product and a check for $14.95 to another NY state address. Weeks went by and I began again to try to reach the company only to be told my steamer had never arrived.
