Placed a very simple order for rhinestones. They were not received, so telephoned and emailed, no response. Goods eventually arrived after about 3-4 weeks, by which time I'd had to buy locally at premium prices because goods were required for a specified date. I returned the goods, unopened. NO REFUND.
