I'm an owner since 2007. We made a reservation three weeks ago to stay at the Westgate Towers in Las Vegas. I just called to cancel my reservation because my husband will be deployed sooner because whats happening in Libya and I was told that the $130 reservation fee can't be refunded. I'm so disappointed at Westgate, this is how you treat military people? Even the insurance they offer doesn't cover cancellations due to military reasons. Most companies waive cancellations for military because they understand how military works. Westgate Resorts may be an american company but is definitely not military friendly.
