I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on 8-5-08 and since then I have had 5 sevice calls for the same problem. The first service call was Sept.08 for a leak in the sealed system. 2nd service call the repairman did NOTHING saying he did not see a problem. Third call was April09 for water leaking. Fourth problem was for loud banging noise coming from the freezer and now I have been patiently waiting for a repairman to fix the freezer, which is not freezing anything from "Rush appliances" .
