I guess I am another victim on IBSN never ending malicious practice of luring individuals into their deceptive net and then pulling of any support whatsoever once the tax returns are filled. Support for 7 years is basically a mockery - its just to attract the clients. Their motto appears to be "go to hell". I had filed 2009 returns through IBSN for which I received audit report from State tax dept.
