Polesdirect.com are very disappointing to deal with. My order for 2 curtain poles, hold backs and finials took a long time to arrive. When the order arrived the finials for the hold backs were missing with no indication as to when missing items would arrive. Trying to get after sales service is a nightmare, phones are mostly not answered, telephone answer machine messages that I have left have never responded to, emails I have sent using their contact form have never been responded to.
