PC Wood Floors located at 121 31st Brooklyn, NY, wants people to PAY for someone to come and see defective floor. After 2 months, my wood flooring started to chip, dent and scratch. All I wanted was someone to come and see floor to determine if it was defective.(I believe it was defective) It took months of communication for someone to tell me that I Must Pay for someone to come to see floor. NOWHERE in warranty does it state such a thing. Under Warranty and have to Pay ($500) out of my pocket. Don't let this happen to you!!! STAY AWAY from this place.
